Your First Visit

Walking into a new space can feel like the hardest part. We want your first visit to feel simple, welcoming, and unhurried. Your teacher will guide you through the practice, and you are always encouraged to move at a pace that feels right for you.

Arrive a few minutes early

Arriving 10–15 minutes before class gives you time to settle in, meet your teacher, and become familiar with the studio.

Wear what feels comfortable

Choose clothing that allows you to move and breathe easily. You do not need special yoga clothes or equipment to begin.

Mats and props are available

You are welcome to bring your own mat, and the studio also has mats, blocks, blankets, and other props available for your practice.

Move at your own pace

You never need to keep up or do every pose. Resting, observing, and choosing another variation are all part of the practice.
