Notice the movements of the mind — thoughts rising, falling, changing shape. With practice, they begin to soften, and you discover the quiet space beneath them.

Breath is the bridge inward. By cultivating an attunement to the breath, you discover new levels of practice and awareness.

Yoga Reading Group

Yoga often begins on the mat…and then, at some point, it starts to move into the rest of life. Join us for a yoga reading group where we will explore the teachings behind the practice in conversation, reflection, and community. This book club is free and open to all curious minds, regardless of experience with yoga. Our first book will be Stephen Cope’s Yoga and the Quest for the True Self.

In each practice, we return to what’s already here—breath, awareness, and the quiet movement of energy beneath the surface. We explore yoga as a living inquiry, a space to feel, to listen, and to come home to yourself. Together, we experiment with movement, breath, and stillness, discovering new insights and stepping into personal transformation.
