Her cues and direction are easy to follow (I can’t see well without my glasses during class) and she makes the experience positive for all. I have continued to learn and grow each time I sit with Whitney. And the YogaLab space is actually really lovely! Light, energetic and yet calming. The space flows nicely and feels welcoming and not at all pretentious.Posted on
