Best yoga practitioners and teachers in town. I love strong vinyasa flow and mindful yin yoga classes. These practices are an awesome way to stay in good mental and physical health. Yogalab Birmingham provides excellent instruction in these areas. The teachers are always mindful of the various experience levels in the room, gently challenging everyone to find their edge without pushing past their limits. I am very pleased with the friendly and inviting, comfortable, clean and modern atmosphere at the lab. -

Alex Vu is the best. At 70, I have issues with shoulder and lower back pain and he was able to design a program for my specific needs. He was patient, not pushy and met me where I was at. Have to brag on YogaLab, and especially Kristin Rand. I hosted a Ladies appreciation day for some colleagues last week and Kristin lead us through this gorgeous Yin/Guided Meditation/Sound Bath experience at the studio.
I have received such great feedback – they all LOVED it (as did I). It really rounded out our day together and gave us all time to BREATHE. We are so grateful and I look forward to attending more classes – In fact, I'll be there later today. 🙂 -

I am just in Birmingham for one night and was looking for a good yoga studio near my downtown hotel. Yoga Lab was only 4 mins away. The studio is so nice, loved the aromatherapy as soon as I walked in. Dominique is just wonderful!! I really enjoyed her Yin class. Her music selection was perfect, it was such a nice stretch and wind down after a long drive. I will visit Yoga Lab again whenever I’m in town.
