Finding Center Moon Rising Retreat

September 19-22, 2024

Find your center as you settle into a magical getaway nestled within the ancient mountains of North Carolina. Moon Rising Retreat will lovingly hold you on its 22-acres of lush forest. This retreat offers a gentle nervous system reset and a complete immersive nature experience.

Each year, the Autumnal Equinox offers an invitation to reconnect with your body, to reflect and release, and recommit to an active relationship with your life. Directing this conscious attention allows us to return to the truth of who we are and get clear on how we plan to move back into the world.

You’ll be invited to connect to your own balance through daily meditation and yoga sessions, nourishing and vibrant meals, deeply enriching conversations that will lead to forever-friendships, fire circles, star gazing, hikes, and dips in the beautiful Yadkin River.

Come drop beneath the noise and hustle of daily life and step toward the wise and still center of your being as you find balance through transformative group and solo experiences.

Led by yoga teacher, moon circle leader, astrologer and magic activator Kristin Rand. Come as you are. No yoga or meditation experience is necessary. During the scheduled free time, there will be limited slots to have a 1:1 session with Kristin to explore your personal astrology and pull cards for yourself. These sessions are $60, not included in the retreat price and totally optional. Spaces are limited so sign up before they fill up!
