Vinyasa

I am passionate about yoga and how it can support the whole person, including body, mind, and spirit, in a grounded and compassionate way. Nearly ten years ago, I turned to yoga as a holistic way to care for my physical health and emotional well-being. What began as a simple effort to feel better evolved into a steady, grounding practice that nurtured inner connection and healing. Motivated by that experience, I pursued advanced training through My Vinyasa Practice, where I completed my 200 hour and 300 hour certifications and earned my RYT 500 certification.

My teaching focuses on safe alignment, accessibility, and the belief that yoga can meet each person exactly where they are. I incorporate mindful movement, breath awareness, and somatic techniques to support the connection between mind and body. Yoga offers powerful tools to build strength, manage stress, and cultivate awareness both on and off the mat. My intention is to create a supportive space where each person feels empowered to explore yoga in a way that honors individual needs and pace with compassion and care.

Through the intentional practice of yoga, I aim to nurture connection, support healing, and offer space for individual and collective growth.
